About the Role:
- Provide front line support for the RSVP program.
- Respond to inquiries regarding appointment changes and claim related questions.
- Resolve straightforward issues and create tickets for complex problems.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual - English & French.
- Experience in customer service, call center or help desk.
- Strong digital literacy skills and ability to navigate unfamiliar software.
