Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize automation requirements.
- Translate complex retirement industry needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows for automation.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of 401(k) plan administration experience.
- 3+ years of business analyst experience, preferably supporting automation or software development.
- Strong knowledge of retirement plan types, ERISA, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $100,000 - $140,000 with a 37.5-hour work week.
