Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with account stakeholders and maintain competitive insights with assigned accounts.
  • Partner with appropriate sales leadership for P&L awareness.
  • Lead all account activities including strategy, relationships, pipeline management, contract management/program management

Forecasting/Planning:

  • Oversee the management of forecasting/ demand planning inputs with team.
  • Manage customer's sell through reporting.

Marketing/MDF:

  • Manage MDF funding buckets and negotiate MDF programs with assigned account(s).
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing/MDF

Sales Training/Awareness:

  • Oversee development of awareness campaigns, reseller training and enablement.
  • Oversee account specific training
