The Role:
- Own full-cycle hiring for Growthub's creative roles, from intake to close.
- Carry a desk and hit placement targets while sourcing passive creative talent.
What You'll Do:
- Run end-to-end recruitment and manage pipelines in Breezy HR.
- Build warm talent pools and standardize scorecards and interview guides.
- Report weekly on pipeline health, funnel conversion, and time to fill.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting with agency or search firm experience.
- Proven record of hitting targets and closing creative talent against competing offers.
- Experience hiring across LATAM, UK, US, and offshore markets with AI sourcing tools.
