Manager, Compliance Product

Position Summary:

• EarnIn seeks a highly motivated Manager, Compliance Product to lead and enhance the Product and Marketing Compliance team.
• This role manages day-to-day execution of the compliance program, ensuring products and marketing meet regulatory requirements.
• You will lead a team, partner cross-functionally, and translate regulatory expectations into actionable controls.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams on regulatory compliance for deposit, payment, and lending products.
• Own development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage and develop a team of compliance professionals, setting expectations and fostering accountability.

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years experience in compliance or risk management, with 2+ years managing a team.
• Strong understanding of consumer protection regulations (Reg E, Reg Z, FCRA) and advertising standards (UDAAP, TILA).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced fintech environment.
