Responsibilities:
- Complete mortgage accounting activity reports for moderately complex agency, guarantor, investor, trustee, and client portfolios.
- Remit payments and calculate wire transfer amounts according to guidelines.
- Reconcile LoanCare mortgage accounting records against external records.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in Investor Accounting/Reporting or Mortgage Servicing.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with mortgage servicing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
