What You'll Do:
- Own the enablement function end to end: content, training, and systems.
- Drive consensus across cross-functional groups with data, prototypes, and persuasion.
- Turn each product release into a GTM-ready story, asset, and trained team.
About You:
- 5+ years of GTM enablement, process, or strategy in SaaS.
- Self-starter who thrives in unstructured, pre-IPO environments.
- Comfortable as an individual contributor building from scratch.
