Qualifications:
- 3-6 months of customer service experience required

- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and validate paperwork with customers using screen-sharing software
- Update and maintain customer account information as needed
- Identify and resolve document issues by validating information
