Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, covering positioning, target audience, messaging, funnel KPIs, and priority growth initiatives.
- Design and implement an end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, demos, pipeline management, forecasting, and closing.
- Optimize marketing performance across multiple channels, such as SEO, paid media, content, email, and partnerships.
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, covering both sales and marketing functions.
- Proven success in scaling revenue engines for SMB or mid-market SaaS companies.
- Expertise in modern marketing channels (SEO, paid, content, lifecycle, partnerships) and sales motions (discovery, demos, negotiation, closing).
