Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance, application support, and usage guidance to NEC customers.
  • Investigate and resolve application issues, working towards SLA targets.
  • Translate customer requirements into workarounds and fixes.

Skills:

  • SQL skills for querying and managing data.
  • Good understanding of service delivery within defined SLAs.
  • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
