What You'll Do:

Drive strategic account planning and flawless tactical execution across the West region.
Manage monthly and quarterly forecasting while nurturing high-value client relationships.
Recruit, train, and lead a world-class sales organization to grow and accelerate the pipeline.

What You'll Need:

At least three years of sales team management and four years of direct sales experience.
Deep understanding of subscription sales models and strategic software licensing.
Strong analytical skills with KPIs plus a problem-solving, can-do attitude and 30% travel.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary range of $178,000-$220,000 depending on location and experience.
