Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals across multiple markets.
- Partner with operational leaders to align recruiting strategies with business objectives.
- Drive full-cycle recruitment and ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of talent acquisition experience or equivalent.
- Previous leadership experience in Talent Acquisition is required.
- Healthcare recruiting experience, especially home health or hospice, strongly preferred.
