Job Description
The Global GTM Transformation & M&A team at ServiceNow helps drive clarity, operational efficiency, and data-informed decision-making across our global Sales, Customer Success, and Partner ecosystem. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Manager, GTM Transformation who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role will have significant C-Suite exposure, so hunger, drive, and a bias for action are essential. Youโll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally to shape ServiceNowโs go-to-market evolution while driving execution that translates strategy into measurable business outcomes.
GTM Strategy Lead and contribute to the development of strategic recommendations and frameworks across GTM teams. Conduct research, data analysis, and executive-ready synthesis on GTM performance, market trends, and sales effectiveness. Support strategic initiative owners with modeling, benchmarking, and business case development that inform leadership decisions.
GTM Operational Execution Turn strategy into action: translate ideas into frameworks, working models, and decision-support tools that accelerate execution. Maintain and enhance operating frameworks (e.g., playbooks, reporting cadences, templates) that drive consistency and performance across regions and functions. Collaborate closely with GTM Ops, Finance, Product, Analytics, and Enablement to align on priorities and deliverables.
Partner with senior GTM leaders and C-Suite stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables and insights that influence major decisions. Build trusted relationships with key cross-functional partners and drive alignment on shared business objectives. Champion a culture of execution excellence, continuous improvement, and ownership across the GTM Strategy team.
