Role Overview:
- You will own the strategic practice building plan for designated focus partners.
- You will drive improvements in deployment quality, customer satisfaction, and delivery capacity.
- You will serve as single point of contact for partner escalations and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quarterly Partner Talent & Success Reviews evaluating practice health.
- Guide partners through PLA validation milestones and specialization achievement.
- Design custom practice development initiatives addressing gaps in AI capacity or certification coverage.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in partner success, practice development, or customer success.
- Experience with Practice Level Agreements and partner validation processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across partner organizations and internal teams.
