About the Role:
- Lead user research for Rula’s AI and mobile experiences to shape how AI supports patients between therapy sessions.
- Identify where AI creates the greatest patient value and ensure these experiences are trustworthy and clinically appropriate.
- Guide the rollout of Rula’s mobile experience and study how AI tools affect providers and the therapeutic relationship.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience conducting user research for digital or consumer products.
- Experience with multiple qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Experience leading research across the full product development lifecycle.
