Customer Relationships:

  • Develop relationships with existing hospitals, labs, and customers, and prospect for new users of Penumbra products.
  • Secure and renew orders by coordinating product availability, delivery dates, and inventory levels.
  • Maintain open communication with customers on programs, promotions, and pricing trends.

Planning and Professional Development:

  • Commit to travel as necessary for product line support, and complete special projects as assigned.
  • Keep current on Penumbra new products and competitive innovations, and attend industry trade shows.
  • Maintain accurate record of sales expenses, customer files, and field sales reports.
