Job Description
Leadership and Mentoring:
Lead the RadMachine Success Team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members
Assist with recruiting new team members and monitor workload and customer service levels.
Meet with the Director of Clinical Success to assess team performance and set future goals.
Customer Support and Solutions:
Work with clinics to understand issues and provide solutions, independently or with engineering support.
Host webinars to answer questions and highlight features.
Develop training materials and share feedback with engineering.
Software and Quality Assurance:
Test new software versions to aid in development and quality assurance.
Monitor team members’ workload and level of customer service
Ensure clinics receive the guidance, mentorship, and support needed to establish efficient, standardized QA/QC workflows.
