About the Role:
- We are looking for a VP of Business Development to lead field sales and build referral partnerships.
- Reporting to the CCO, you will own a layered field organization across the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and scale InStride's national field coverage model using data and AI tools.
- Serve on the Commercial Leadership Team and set service-level agreements.
- Coach Regional Directors and manage key provider relationships.
What You Need to Succeed in the Role:
- 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership in healthcare business development.
- Experience in venture-backed, high-growth healthcare startups.
- Direct experience in pediatric or behavioral health and a network of provider relationships.
