Lead resolution of complex technical issues across telecom cloud platforms and core network systems.
Engage with customers, engineering, and operations teams in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues on Nokia Container Services, Kubernetes, OpenStack, and CNFs.
Manage critical incidents, escalations, and 24/7 on-call support as needed.
Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to improve reliability.

Required Experience:

Hands-on Nokia Container Services (NCS) experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, 5G, and telecom cloud infrastructure.
Familiarity with observability tools, automation, and service management processes.

Work Environment:

Fully remote within the United States, contract employment.
