About the Role:
- You’ll bridge technical capabilities with the needs of strategic customers.
- You’ll ensure customer success through onboarding, adoption, and technical guidance.
- You’ll report to the Team Lead, Customer Success Engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding for new strategic customers and provide training for long-term success.
- Offer technical support, diagnose issues, and assist with configuration and integration.
- Conduct QBRs, build relationships, and serve as the voice of the customer internally.
