Draft, review, and negotiate master services agreements, statements of work, subscription and technology agreements, and other commercial arrangements.
Execute routine and moderately complex negotiations from intake through execution, balancing legal and business risks.
Translate business objectives into clear contractual terms and explain risks to stakeholders in practical terms.

Contracting Operations and Process Improvement:

Design and implement scalable contracting processes, including intake, review, approval, signature, storage, and renewal.
Develop and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks to promote consistency.
Optimize AI-enabled contract management technology to automate routine work and improve visibility.

Team Leadership and Stakeholder Support:

Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and development to contract specialists.
Establish clear expectations for when matters require attorney review or escalation.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Privacy, Information Security, and other functions to support business objectives.
