Talent Acquisition Coordinator

What You'll Do:

• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, associations, and direct outreach, conducting high-volume calls and emails during evening and weekend hours.
• Screen candidates via phone, administer prescreening questionnaires, and schedule interviews across hiring manager and candidate availability.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, document screening notes, and provide end-of-shift summaries to hiring teams.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or high-volume talent acquisition support with demonstrated phone screening and interview scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system, Boolean search, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Consistent availability for Wednesday–Sunday 2:30–11:00 PM ET with reliable internet, quiet workspace, and independent work ethic.

Technical Requirements:

• Computer: Windows 11 or macOS 14+, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, full-disk encryption, and automatic security updates enabled.
• Internet: Wired Ethernet preferred, minimum 30 Mbps down/15 Mbps up, latency under 100 ms, private password-protected network.
• Peripherals: USB noise-cancelling headset, webcam for scheduled calls, and endpoint protection software; applicant data stays only in firm-designated systems.
