Essential Job Duties:
- Build and execute strategies to grow BambooHR’s Broker Channel and exceed monthly referral and revenue goals.
- Manage and deepen relationships with a portfolio of broker partners as their primary point of contact.
- Onboard and enable new partners to confidently identify, qualify, and refer opportunities.
What You Need to Get the Job Done:
- A minimum of 2–3 years in a broker channel role; experience with channel and/or referral partnerships strongly preferred.
- Proven hunter background with direct, field-based sales experience.
- Willingness to travel monthly for conferences, in-person broker meetings, and relationship-building activities.
