Legal Intake Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from potential clients and create a positive first impression by listening actively with empathy.
• Qualify leads by asking the right questions to assess fit and book consultations without wasting attorney time.
• Complete intake documentation accurately in Lawmatics and follow up with leads to keep them warm until appointments.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of legal intake, legal administrative, or law firm client-facing experience.
• Lawmatics or similar legal CRM experience and genuine sales instinct to guide hesitant callers.
• Exceptional verbal English skills, reliability, and comfort with performance-based bonus structures.
