Responsibilities:
- Provide daily phone support via the Claims 800 number, assisting customers and agents with claim setup and documentation.
- Answer routine claim inquiries accurately, document status calls, and forward complex issues to claim unit members.
- Meet department Key Performance Indicators, provide management feedback, and serve on the disaster recovery team.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent is required, with one to two years of prior customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems, with familiarity in claims, imaging, or workflow systems as a plus.
- Strong customer focus, active listening, and clear verbal and written communication skills are essential.
