Job Description
Responsible for setting the vision and managing all operational aspects of the function, with a focus on Talent Acquisition Strategy & Team Leadership. Establish and execute the overarching talent acquisition strategy, translating Visier’s business objectives into clear, measurable hiring goals and scalable workforce plans. Reimagine and rebuild our TA function with a variety of hiring strategies, team resourcing (internal recruiters to contract / agency support) and contribute to building a culture of high performance in our P&C function. Define, champion, and amplify our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand across relevant channels. Design and operationalize proactive, long-term talent pipeline strategies, focusing on critical, hard-to-find skill sets. Own and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process, technology stack (ATS, tools, vendor relationships), and operational workflows to maximize efficiency and data integrity.
