This role will lead launch and adoption strategies for innovative new device, application, and platform capabilities, empowering organizations to stay secure. Support the growth of the Extended Access Management category and expand 1Password’s role in securing devices and applications. Coach and support a high-performing product marketing team, fostering accountability and growth. Conduct research to inform strategy, improving win rates, deal sizes, and market share while identifying competitive threats. Craft compelling messaging that differentiates 1Password from legacy MDM, IGA, IAM, and SSO solutions, helping us win against key competitors. Equip sales with training and tools while driving XAM adoption through targeted campaigns. Track KPIs to refine strategies, driving product sales growth, customer adoption, and competitive wins.
