About the Role:
- The IT Operations team is responsible for providing high-quality technical support.
- Assist in delivering day-to-day IT support, maintaining corporate systems, and ensuring smooth operation of endpoint devices
- Gain real-world exposure to enterprise IT operations, modern security practices, and cloud-based administration.
Environment:
- Microsoft 365 Suite (GCC High) – email, collaboration tools, and document management
- MacOS / Windows / VDI endpoints – centrally managed via MDM
- Jira Service Management – ticketing and workflow tracking
