Job Description
This role involves managing the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships with international prospects. The Account Executive will conduct virtual meetings and product demos with decision-makers, collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to refine lead generation, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate data in CRM systems, reporting on pipeline progress, setting sales goals, and creating and distributing customer surveys. Additionally, the role involves general administrative tasks and handling customer inquiries as the first point of contact in a fun work environment.
