Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for service delivery.
  • Orchestrate and manage all stakeholders in Nearshore locations to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Work closely with development and/or operational counterparts to ensure high quality.

Contract Implementation and Financials:

  • Contribution Project Plan Structure Management (PSP and WBS Structure).
  • Monitoring and keeping the Operational Manuals up to date.
  • Preparation of Invoicing activities, Cost and Controlling awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer facing management activities.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Agile concepts and process management.
  • Understanding of legal terminology.
