Part Time Front Desk Associate

Role Overview:

• Be the voice and face of Live Love Relax, creating a warm and memorable experience for every client.
• Work remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays and on-site on Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients, answer calls and emails, and share expertise about services and products.
• Schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate client records.
• Help monitor inventory, order supplies, and keep the space welcoming and organized.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and Square; prior scheduling experience required.
• Comfortable with client outreach via calls, texts, and emails; bilingual is a plus.
