Job Summary:

• The Form Builder will support clients by creating and revising custom forms using an internal no-code form-building tool.
• This role requires understanding client requirements and configuring forms within the platform.
• The position involves client communication via Zendesk and providing training to end users.

Responsibilities:

• Build and revise custom forms using the internal no-code tool.
• Communicate with clients through Zendesk to clarify requirements and provide support.
• Participate in application testing and quality assurance.
