Diagnostic Success Partner

Responsibilities:

• Determine the set of clients for growth and collaborate with field sales team to achieve goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to hospitals using growth marketing programs and tools.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to target areas for customer growth and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Health, Biological Sciences, or Business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as veterinary technician, lab technician, or medical assistant.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience in professional service industry.

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to interpret large amounts of data.
• Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office; agile at learning new software.
