About the Role:
- The Strategic Partnerships team shapes strategy and growth for DoorDash's largest restaurant partnerships.
- As an Associate Manager, you will own high-impact initiatives spanning product launches, growth strategies, and operational improvements.
What You’ll Do:
- Help shape and execute growth strategy for restaurant partnerships, identifying opportunities to grow the business.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across product launches, commercial programs, and marketplace growth.
- Use data and business insights to evaluate performance and drive adoption of DoorDash products.
Who You Are:
- You have 3+ years experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or partnerships.
- You enjoy solving ambiguous problems and have strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency.
- You are an effective communicator and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range: $121,120 - $178,160 USD, plus equity and sales commission.
- Benefits include 401(k) matching, 16 weeks paid parental leave, medical, dental, vision, and more.
