What You'll Own:

• Indirect Funnel and Pipeline Generation: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing programs that generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and bookings.
• Partner-Rep Activation: Equip Strategic Partner Managers with scalable campaigns, messaging, and clear referral pathways.
• Bring the Partner Story to Life: Ensure partner value is consistently represented across marketing programs and channels.

How You'll Find Success:

• You strategically manage details and translate joint priorities into measurable outcomes.
• You build trust with stakeholders and maintain judgment to prioritize high-impact work.
• Success is measured by marketing-attributable indirect bookings and being a critical collaborator.

Performance Objectives:

• First 30 Days: Seamlessly take ownership of in-flight work and build understanding of the partner ecosystem.
• Days 31–60: Build systems and launch pilot campaigns to convert demand.
• Days 61–90: Optimize based on early results, prove impact, and scale repeatable partner growth engine.
