Role:
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to the SVP of AMER Sales, translating market trends and field insights into actionable recommendations.
- Lead forecasting, pipeline reviews, and the operating cadence (MBRs, QBRs) to drive timely decisions.
- Shape org design, quota structures, and book-of-business allocation to support scalable revenue growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales operations experience in high-growth SaaS.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with Salesforce, SQL, and BI tools like Sigma.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex to generate sales insights.
