Sales Operations Specialist

Role Overview:

• You will support the full sales organization by removing obstacles and providing operational guidance.
• You will act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to solve problems.
• You will use AI tools to enhance workflow and support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a frontline resource for sales teams, keeping them unblocked.
• Identify process improvements and implement sales technology enhancements.
• Maintain accurate sales data and support reporting and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations or similar role.
• Experience with Salesforce and billing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
