Senior Sales Operations Manager

About the Role:

• Strategic partner to the sales organization, owning territory design, forecast strategy, and sales process.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across the funnel with a data-first, AI-first approach.

What You'll Do:

• Drive forecast management excellence and in-depth business analysis for supported sales segments.
• Manage pipeline reporting, dashboards, and ABM campaigns to improve conversion and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain dashboards that give leaders a single, reliable view of the business.

Who You Are:

• 7-8+ years of sales operations experience, including territory design and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and Salesforce CRM skills, with experience using AI LLM tools for automation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
