Deal Desk Management:
- Oversee deal desk from intake to Legal handoff, including pricing and approvals.
- Analyze deal economics and monitor turnaround, discounts, and exceptions.
Sales Performance & Analytics:
- Own dashboards for pipeline, bookings, conversion, win/loss, and quota attainment.
- Partner with Finance to reconcile bookings and pipeline data.
Forecasting & Pipeline Management:
- Run weekly forecast process and monitor pipeline health and coverage.
- Improve forecast accuracy and support company planning inputs.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Target salary $120,000–$150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
