Senior Sales Operations Business Partner

Responsibilities:

• Partner with go-to-market leaders to translate business goals into performance reviews, KPI analysis, trend reporting, and forecast insights.
• Diagnose performance and operational problems through data, root-cause analysis, and stakeholder input.
• Own high-impact operational initiatives from current-state discovery through solution design, cross-functional execution, and measurement.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related business operations role.
• Experience with enterprise selling motions and navigating direct sales, channel sales, and reseller relationships.
• Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, Excel/Google Sheets, and using AI and automation tools for analysis and workflow.
