About the Role:
- Own the go-to-market operating cadence for Armada's global sales organization.
- Serve as a key business partner to Sales Leadership, Finance, and RevOps teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own forecast rhythm, pipeline hygiene, territory calibration, and quota allocation.
- Build capacity models and administer the sales compensation platform.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in sales strategy or revenue operations with advanced Excel and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated ownership of territory design and forecast management.
