What You Will Be Doing:
- Partner with business leaders on key initiatives, employee relations, and compliance risks.
- Coach employees on policies, development, and performance management strategies.
- Use metrics to inform strategies and support organizational design and change management.
What We Are Looking For:
- Exceptional communication and confidence in managing challenging situations.
- People-first leadership with a passion for supporting employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred; SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.
