Job Duties:

Conduct routine patient check-ins to monitor therapy experience and adherence.
Coordinate appointments, follow-up visits, and clinical monitoring schedules.
Track required labs and communicate status to the care team.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills with attention to detail.
Highly proficient in Epic and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
State-registered pharmacy technician with 1+ years of experience; CPhT preferred.
