Role Overview:

  • Accelerate the ramp and performance of Cresta’s growing Enterprise Account Executive team.
  • Enable new and ramping AEs to reach productivity quickly through hands-on coaching.
  • Improve day-to-day execution across the enterprise sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reinforce coaching themes and improve deal quality.
  • Ensure enterprise sellers are confident and prepared to execute in customer-facing conversations.
  • Improve onboarding programs for new Enterprise AEs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motion and the needs of quota-carrying AEs.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
