About the Role:
- We are hiring an experienced outbound sales professional to convert prospective hosts into active signups on Peerspace.
- This is a pure outbound role with multi-touch follow-up across email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn, and Zoom.
- Early host success is part of the role—you stay engaged post-activation to help hosts build momentum.
What You'll Do:
- Work the prospect lists we provide and follow up consistently across multiple channels.
- Sell the value of Peerspace, handle objections, and drive each conversation toward signup.
- Schedule Zoom meetings and support hosts after signup to secure their first bookings.
What We're Looking For:
- Native-level English fluency and availability to work standard US business hours.
- 1–3 years of outbound sales or BDR/SDR experience with strong closing orientation.
- Persistence, resilience, and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
