Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of recruiters, managing performance and terminations.
- Prepare reports for business leaders, documenting key performance indicators.
- Analyze statistical data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Five or more years of successful recruiting experience.
- Two or more years of direct management experience.
