About the Role:
- You'll be the first point of contact for customers moving homes or looking to cancel services
- Your goal is to retain customers and convert new occupiers through persuasive sales and service
What You'll Do:
- Manage inbound calls and meet performance targets like call handling and conversion rates
- Work on a rota including Saturdays, with full training and equipment provided
