Manager, HR Strategy & Talent

About the Role:

• You will shape enterprise-wide talent strategies and influence how organizations develop, engage, and support their people.
• This role focuses on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and strategic HR initiatives in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will design, execute, and improve enterprise talent strategies while partnering with HR and business stakeholders.
• You will lead key talent processes including talent reviews, performance management, goal setting, succession planning, and individual development planning.
• You will analyze talent and culture data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve organizational impact.

Qualifications:

• You have 7+ years of experience in HR, talent management, strategy, or organizational effectiveness, with a bachelor's degree.
• You possess strong executive presence and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
• You excel in analytical problem-solving and can transform data into clear insights and executive-level narratives.
