About the Role:
- Lead the MyFitnessPal Federal business unit, owning security, compliance, delivery, and P&L.
- Serve as the senior face to prime contractors and government stakeholders.
- Ensure product excellence and growth from a foundation of security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stand up and lead the MFP Federal team, establishing governance and internal controls.
- Own the entity's P&L, operating budget, and KPIs, partnering with corporate functions.
- Manage security and compliance requirements, including handling of sensitive data.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with senior leadership in a federal-facing role.
- Hands-on command of federal security frameworks like NIST, CMMC, FedRAMP.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
