Job Summary:
- Manage delivery of contracted services to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Build strong client relationships and provide day-to-day advice and support.
- Identify sales opportunities and achieve contract extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process component upgrades/downgrades and churn mitigation strategies.
- Conduct monthly service reviews and handle customer escalations.
- Remain informed on technical design and support activities for assigned customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expert-level understanding of IT industry and healthcare provider/payer technologies.
- Experience with EPIC or other EHR.
- ITIL certification preferred.
